Hello, Kingdoms! We have a small request in regards to private plurks/PMs about general questions on the game, NPCs, and character concerns (in which the character is your own and not another player's). If possible, please send PMs to this account (where both Gato and Rose can access the questions/concerns) and please include both littlestpenguin and singasongasixpence in PPs.

We've found out through trial and error that when we can both see what the questions/concerns are and have the equal chance to participate in the conversation, it becomes much easier to give players concise answers and offer meaningful/useful information. We want to do the best we can to help without accidentally giving anyone vague, confusing, misconstrued, or contradictory information (which, sadly, is a very real possibility when one of us is kept in the dark). If we're both in on the PM/Plurk, it's easier to get on the same page, and thus we can do a much better job addressing your inquiries!

In other words... help us help you by helping us help you!

If you have any issues that require contacting a single mod (such as an issue with another player), please never hesitate to do so. We're always here to help, and if an one on one conversation makes talking about an issue easier on you, then we definitely support that decision! However, if you ever need the aid of the mod team, we kindly beg you on hands and knees to heed this request.
